A Mother Daughter Journey 

Mother's of Teen Daughters, we know its not easy for you or her. As teens we remember the hardships and it is certain that your daughters experiences will continue to bring out all that is unhealed within you. When we heal, we help heal all those who came before us and all those who will come after us. 

This weekend will be a journey into empowerment and conscious connection through reflection, mindfulness practices and equine assisted learning. We will explore together how to

• reclaim your power

• challenge self-defeating thoughts and patterns of behavior

• find presence and connection within oneself, others and the world around you

• listen to your intuition

• trust your inner guidance
