Take deep breaths in and LONG exhales, releasing your breath to bring you into more relaxation.
Relax into the full presence of now.
Allow yourself to be transported to the cosmos.

May we learn to be like a river that dances and sings the songs of the eternal, traveling and surrendering to the many bends, until she finally meets her beloved ocean. May we learn to allow our life force to flow, listening deeply within, without creating dams of stagnant water, which become a source of distrust, fear, illness and disease. May we flow, flow, flow… back into Divinity.
